General terms and conditions 3spirits Sàrl

1. Legal Age

The law prohibits the sale of spirits, aperitifs and alcopops to persons under the age of 18, as well as the sale of wine, beer and cider to persons under the age of 16. By placing an order, the customer confirms that he/she is at least 18 years old.

2. Prices

Prices in this electronic catalog are quoted in Swiss francs, net, including VAT. Transport costs are extra, unless collection from our Lausanne warehouse by appointment.

3. Order

The items displayed are generally available, except for pre-orders or exceptional cases. Should an item ordered be out of stock, you will be informed immediately by e-mail. The seller reserves the right to limit the number of bottles per customer and per address.

The sale will be considered valid only after full payment of the price and receipt of the written order confirmation by the seller. It is the customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the order and to report any errors immediately.

Any order placed on the 3spirits.ch website constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the customer and the seller.

4. Terms of payment

Method of payment : Bank transfer, VISA, MasterCard, Postcard, Twint.

5. Delivery

Delivery is possible in Switzerland or in the Principality of Liechtenstein by our carrier Planzer or another carrier chosen by the seller within 5 working days of receipt of the order. International deliveries are subject to conditions and must be requested from the seller. In the case of pre-orders, delivery will be made from the date indicated on the site.  Delivery costs are indicated during the ordering process. No compensation can be made for late delivery.

6. Transfer of ownership

The goods remain the property of 3spirits Sàrl until full payment has been received. In the event of late payment, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract and cancel the order.

7. Right of withdrawal

Orders placed on the website are binding. The customer has no right of withdrawal or revocation of the order, and therefore cannot return the items ordered.

8. Complaints

Claims for damages due to obvious errors or typing mistakes are excluded.

Please check the delivered goods immediately for obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage.

In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them. All claims must be received within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. After this time, they cannot be taken into account.

9. Personal data

All personal data will be treated as confidential.

The information required to process the order will be processed by computer and may be communicated to associated companies for the purpose of processing the order.

10.  Intellectual property rights

The Content of the 3spirits.ch website is the property of the Vendor and its partners and is protected by Swiss intellectual property laws.

The photos on the 3sprits.ch website are not contractual.

Any total or partial reproduction of this content is strictly forbidden and may constitute an infringement of copyright.

11.  Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the District Court of Lausanne.

 These GTC are written in French. Should they be translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text will be deemed authentic in the event of a dispute.
